Through the generosity of our parishes, donors, alumni, and supporters, 100% of SCS students receive scholarship assistance, helping keep tuition affordable and ensuring families can choose a faith-based education for their children. - Hours: School begins at 8:00 am and ends at 3:25 pm. Pre-K starts the first day of school and follows the St. Wenceslaus school calendar.
- First Days of School: Please feel free to bring your child to the classroom when arriving in the morning.
- Bus Service: Saunders Catholic Schools offers bus service in Saunders County.
- Before and After School Care: St. Wenceslaus’s Extended Care Program is available before school from 6:45 am -7:45 am and after school from 3:25 pm – 6:00 pm.
St. Wenceslaus School partners with Bishop Neumann Jr./Sr. High School to provide a seamless education from preschool through 12th grade. Beginning in 7th grade, students transition to the Bishop Neumann campus, where they continue to grow academically, spiritually, and socially in a faith-filled environment. This partnership allows students to build on the strong foundation established at St. Wenceslaus while benefiting from expanded academic opportunities, extracurricular activities, leadership development, and college and career preparation.
For more than a century, since 1910, St. Wenceslaus School has been a cornerstone of Catholic education in the Wahoo community. What began as a small parish school has grown into a thriving Pre-K through 6th grade learning community, expanding its facilities over the years to meet the needs of a growing student population, including major additions in 1989, 1995, and 2022.
St. Wenceslaus has remained committed to academic excellence rooted in the Christian faith. Through rigorous academics, faith formation, weekly Mass, and service opportunities, we partner with families to develop knowledgeable, compassionate, and faith-filled students who are prepared to make a positive impact on their communities and the world.
