The Kitchen staff is looking forward to the new school year.  We have had some major changes to our staff this year.  Three of our long time much beloved staff members have retired; Becky Sabata, Marilyn Sabatka, and Kathy Bales.  We will miss them.  Our other staff members; Melanie Colton, Jamie Kuhfahl, Susan Chohon, Loreen Hain, Michelle Wiesner, Kristen Nagle, Marnie Toline, and Rachelle Benkusky will be returning. Coming back after a year away, which makes us very happy, is Casi Schmidt.

Our staff is also continuing to work on incorporating more whole foods and less ultra- processed foods into our menu.  We are excited about making these changes and we will keep you posted about them.  We hope your students are enjoying our meals.

If you have any questions or concerns please call the school (402-443-4151), ask to speak to Carolyn, or email your concerns to kitchen@cdolinc.net

The lunch program is facilitated through the kitchen at Bishop Neumann High school and then distributed to the grade schools.
