Please welcome our new Head Football Coach and P.E. Teacher to Bishop Neumann!

We’re thrilled to introduce Joseph Pavlik as Bishop Neumann’s new Head Football Coach and PE Teacher!

Coach Pavlik joins us after an impressive run at Syracuse High School, where he led the football program to back-to-back winning seasons—a first since 2016. His leadership helped elevate the program to new levels of success and built a strong culture of accountability and growth.

Coach Pavlik is no stranger to Bishop Neumann. He spent time around the program when his brother served as head coach and has had a desire to be part of this community ever since. Now, he’s excited to build a strong future with our student-athletes—first in the classroom, and then on the field.

As an educator, Coach Pavlik is deeply committed to creating a student-centered environment where every learner feels valued, supported, and challenged. He believes in empowering students with critical thinking skills, real-world applications, and the confidence to become leaders—both academically and in life. His passion for building strong relationships and fostering personal growth aligns perfectly with the mission and values of Bishop Neumann.

Coach Pavlik will be finishing out his contract at Syracuse and will begin summer conditioning with our student-athletes this summer.
