By participating in the Annual Bishop Neumann Alumni Tournament ("Cavalier Classic"), I acknowledge and agree that Bishop Neumann, its clubs, representatives, or employees are not responsible or liable for any physical injuries, mental distress, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event. I understand that participation in this tournament is voluntary and that I assume all associated risks. Furthermore, I release and hold harmless Bishop Neumann, its affiliates, and all associated personnel from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from my participation.
