Application for Fundraising/Solicitation Approval


Our goal is to ensure that no donor, solicitor, or fundraiser feels discouraged or burned out, and that every opportunity is fully explored. If you have any questions about fundraising requests or activities, please consult the Advancement team.

• Fundraising requests must be submitted at least three weeks before the start of the initiative.

• The form must be fully completed, signed, and include all supporting documentation before submission to the Advancement team.

• All events and fundraising activities, whether on or off-campus, conducted by volunteers, parent or student organizations, and boosters, must be approved by the Advancement & Development office and the fundraiser committee.

• All raised funds must be submitted to the appropriate department (Finance/Business or Advancement) for tracking on the day they are received. Never place money under closed doors or submit cash without the presence of a Finance/Business or Advancement employee.

• Bishop Neumann’s Advancement & Development department reserves the right to alter or modify this criteria at any time in collaboration with the fundraising committee and Bishop Neumann Administration.
