Giving Tuesday:
Parents:  Tuesday, November 28th, we are calling on all alumni, parents, grandparents, past parents and friends of Bishop Neumann to give back to the school they love. Be a part of reaching our 2023-2024 goal of $282,000 and have a HUGE impact on our Catholic schools.

Students:  Tuesday, November 28th is Giving Tuesday.  We are having a contest between the grades to see which class will raise the most money for the Neumann Fund. Please take your donation to your religion class and place in the containers marked “NEUMANN FUND”. Whichever grade raises the most money by the end of Thursday, November 30th will win Sweatpants Day from the Development Office.

Play Production: Congratulations to the Play Production Team for their 1st ranking and Superior rating at the Jaguar Play Festival Best of Show Male Performer – Kendol Benes, Best of Show Female Performer Veronica Frisch Outstanding Performers – Benjamin Nagle and Elizabeth Lilly  Honorable Mentions – Mary Kenney and Anthony Kavan. Also, congratulations to the Play Production Team for placing 4th for Technical Elements and 5th for Performance in our division at York K—Dub Competition.  They received Superior Ratings both in Tech and Performance. A round of applause goes out to Paetra Augusta, Daniel Benes, Dominic Benes, Kendol Benes, Anthony Kavan, Veronica Fritsch, Ben Nagle and Lizzie Lilly for being recognized for Outstanding Acting.

Livestock evaluation on Wednesday, Nov 8th, the following students judged 8 classes of livestock. The Senior team Ana, Kamber, Kendol, Chisum, and Adam placed 10th overall as a team with Ana placing 15th, Kamber placing 20th individually. The Junior team Marissa, Taryn, Isaac, and 4 Wahoo Public students placed 9th as a team.

St Joseph’s in Colon Reflection & Prayer: Everyone in the deanery is invited to attend a time of reflection and prayer with Joshua Burks speaking about the Advent mysteries at St. Joseph’s in Colon. Dates are Wednesday Dec 6th, Dec 13th, and Dec 20th from 7-8:15pm. Jesus will be exposed in the Blessed Sacrament while Joshua speaks in his sessions. Come encounter the beauty of Advent and prepare for the Christ child’s entrance into the world this Christmas!
